Hops

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Hops (Humulus Lupus) are the favorite spice used in the production of beer. Hops add character to beer in the form of bittering, flavoring and aromatics. You will find their handiwork easily in IPA’s but most beers produced these days include hops of some sort. Hops come in many different varieties each with it’s own nuance of bittering, flavor and aroma profiles. Some are robust and pungent while others are subtle and refined. They come from every corner of the world and each one brings something different to the party. Are you a Hop Head yet?
