Hill Country Peaches! Yep you heard it right, we’ll be making a special trip again this year west of Austin and are taking pre-orders for these farm fresh peaches. Whether for beer, wine, kombucha or cobbler, these guys are sure to be a winning ingredient. Recommended Pickup set for June 15th and you have a choice between #1 and #2 grade peaches.
- #1 peaches are the beautiful grocery store sorted peaches that are all very uniform in size and shape with very few blemishes. They are the pretty ones and they cost a little more because they know how awesome they look. They taste great!
- #2 peaches taste great too they just don’t look as pretty. These are the kind usually used to make wine, beer and used in most types of cooking applications. They have some dings, blemishes, odd looks and maybe a bug hole here or there but they are cheaper because of it.
