• 1 oz. Amarillo hop pellets (Dry-hop) Fresh aroma
• Wyeast 1056 (American Ale) yeast or WLP 001 (California Ale)

Additional Information

This is a single step infusion mash. Hold the mash at 152 °F for an hour or until conversion is complete.
