Shipping Policy

Your order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item, usually 1-2 business days. The shipping time is based on the method of shipment you choose.

We ship USPS unless otherwise requested.

We take no responsibly for delays caused by circumstances out of our control (i.e. weather, strikes, ect.) But will do our best to get items to you as promised

Liquid Yeast Shipping

We ship liquid yeast year round. If you would like a cold pack added please let us know in the comment section of your order. They are $1 each.

We do not guarantee yeast. Please allow 4-5 days for Wyeast to activate and check for viability on all other strains by pitching them into a starter.

  • UPS Ground
  • In Store Pickup (see below)

If you require a different form of shipping please let us know by phone or email
so that we can try to accomodate. (please note the shipping and handling charges
may change from what was previously quoted when ordering)

In Store Pickup

Please allow at least 2 hours for us to receive and fulfill your order. If you place an order outside of regular business hours please give us 2 hours after we open the next day to fulfill your order. Orders placed less than 2 hours before closing may not be pulled and will be ready next day. Thanks for your understanding.

Please select the correct location for pickup. If the wrong location is picked please notify us immediately. Otherwise, once the order is pulled we will not pull it again. You will have to wait for us to move your order from one store to another which may take a day or more.

Orders not picked up within 7 days of being placed will be returned to inventory and any funds captured will be returned, less a 10% restocking fee, via the customer’s original payment method. Grain purchases that have been milled or mixed will be non-refundable.

Return policy

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please send back the unused or damaged product to us with the original invoice within 14 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item not including shipping charges. We do not accept returns on perishable items (i.e. grain, hops, and yeast).
