Your order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item, usually 1-2 business days. The shipping time is based on the method of shipment you choose.
We ship USPS unless otherwise requested.
We take no responsibly for delays caused by circumstances out of our control (i.e. weather, strikes, ect.) But will do our best to get items to you as promised
Liquid Yeast Shipping
We ship liquid yeast all year, but we suggest the optional insulated shipping box if you want to ensure safe shipment during the warmer months.

In Store Pickup
Orders placed before 2 pm will be available for pickup at 4 pm the same day.
Orders placed on Friday’s after 2 pm, during the weekend, or on Holidays will be available at 11 am the following Monday (or next business day).
Orders placed on Friday’s after 2 pm, during the weekend, or on Holidays will be available at 10 am the following Monday (or next business day).
Orders not picked up within 7 days of being placed will be returned to inventory and any funds captured will be returned, less a 15% restocking fee, via the customer’s original payment method. Grain purchases that have been milled or mixed will be non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with any item purchase for any reason, please send it back to us with the original invoice within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item not including shipping charges. We do not accept returns on perishable items (i.e. grain, hops, and yeast).
We do not guarantee yeast. Please allow 4-5 days for Wyeast to activate and check for viability on all other liquid strains by pitching them into a starter.
