  • 0.75 lb. Crystal malt (40 ºL)
  • 0.25 lb. Crystal malt (80 ºL)
  • 0.5 lb. White wheat malt
  • 1 oz. East Kent Golding (EKG) hop pellets (60 min.) Bittering
  • 0.5 oz. EKG hop pellets (20 min.) Flavor
  • 0.5 oz. EKG hop pellets (5 min.) Aroma
  • WLP 002 (English Ale) yeast or Wyeast 1968 (London ESB)

 

Additional Information

This is a single step infusion mash. Hold the mash at 152 °F for an hour or until conversion is complete.
