  • 1.0 lb. Crystal malt (80 ºL)
  • 0.5 lb. Black malt
  • 0.25 lb. Brown malt
  • 1 oz. East Kent Golding (EKG) hop pellets (60 min.) Bittering
  • 1 oz. Mt. Rainier hop pellets (15 min.) Flavor
  • WLP 002 (English Ale) yeast or Wyeast 1968 (London ESB)

 

Additional Information

This is a single step infusion mash. Hold the mash at 154 °F for an hour or until conversion is complete.
