  • 0.25 lb. Crystal malt (40 °L)
  • 0.25 lb. Crystal malt (120 °L)
  • 5 oz. Roasted Barley (300 °L)
  • 1 oz. East Kent Golding pellet hops (60 min.)
  • 0.5 oz. EKG hop pellets (20 min.) Flavor
  • 0.5 oz. EKG hop pellets (5 min.) Aroma
  • White Labs WLP004 (Irish Ale), Wyeast 1084 (Irish Ale)

 

Additional Information

This is a single step infusion mash. Hold the mash at 152 °F for an hour or until conversion is complete.
