• 1.0 oz. Crystal hop pellets (15 min.) Flavor
• 0.5 oz. Crystal hop pellets (5 min.) Aroma
• WLP 007 (Dry English Ale) yeast or Wyeast 1098 (British Ale)

Additional Information

This is a single step infusion mash. Hold the mash at 150 °F for an hour or until conversion is complete.
