  • 0.25 oz. Falconer’s Flight hop pellets (60 min.) Bittering
  • 0.75 oz. Falconer’s Flight hop pellets (10 min.) Flavor
  • 1 oz. Falconer’s Flight hop pellets (Flame Out) Aroma
  • Wyeast 1056 (American Ale) yeast or WLP 001 (California Ale)

 

Additional Information

This is a single step infusion mash. Hold the mash at 154 °F for an hour or until conversion is complete.
