Weyermann® Pale Rye Malt – 55 lb

Weyermann® Rye malt is made from high-quality German rye to exhibit classic rye malt characteristics. It lends a biscuit-like flavor, with a smooth mouthfeel component, and malty-sweet aromas with hints of bread and honey. A great choice for rye beer styles or to spice up almost any brew.

(Orders for 55lbs bags must be placed by Monday for pickup on Wednesdays. Orders after Monday will be ready the following Wednesdays.)

(Base malts are usually available for single bags and unmilled. If you need more than 1 bag and/or milled, it will need to be ordered for a Wednesday pickup.)
